Friendly Cove Studios is offering a guided aerial experience where you control the sensors and cameras, and our FAA-licensed pilot teams with you to operate the flight controls on a second controller. This is a safe, hands-on way to capture incredible views and valuable information about your land, home, or business. We handle all the regulated aspects so you just focus on fun or the job you need done.

WHAT YOU CONTROL
After a short introduction to the camera gimbal controller, you’ll command a full suite of enterprise cameras to perform:
Thermal scans of your home, roof, outbuildings, animals, water features, or vegetation
Cinematic wide-angle photos and video of your property and surroundings
200× zoom inspections for structures, fences, equipment, or hard-to-reach areas
Range-finding and waypoint marking of any feature you want documented
High-Resolution Imaging and Lidar scanning are available

If you prefer we'll operate everything and take your guidance while you observe and direct from our big screen monitors.


WHAT YOU GET
You keep all the images, videos, scans, and maps from your session. You can use these for commercial purposes. We can also post process your data to create 3d models and other analysis of your land.

You direct where we fly over your property and control the fully autonomous camera system. Our licensed pilot remains in command of the aircraft flight controls at all times, ensuring full FAA compliance, operational safety, and peace of mind.
